Conclusion:
Well I hope you have had some success with my free quit smoking
program. It was the culmination of many years of interest in human behaviour. As you can see from the previous pages stopping relies on the formation of a new habit which gets you to stop by getting you to repeatedly do something other than smoke. Do that often enough and it will become a new habit and you'll be free of cigarettes forever.
There are other ways you can use the power of habits to help you stop. If you find some time when you are peaceful and don't want to smoke, just go to that place whenever you are tempted. Make a habit of it and soon it'll become a habit and hopefully you'll skip the earlier temptation step.
Don't forget that when you are free of cigarettes you will have more energy, so do go and do lots of things which give you enjoyment, make a safe list of places to go where you feel good and things that you enjoy doing. All that effort of stopping smoking will be a thing of the past.
